Telemedicine

Telemedicine refers to the practice of caring for patients remotely when the provider and patient are not physically present with each other. Telemedicine allows my clients in locations around the US and other countries to have access to online therapy quickly, efficiently and without travel. Telemedicine allows you to have a therapy session from your home or workplace.

Modern technology has enabled me to consult with patients by using HIPAA compliant video-conferencing tools. I currently use Zoom.us, a simple video chat platform that is really easy to use.
